About Debbie
Hi, I’m Debbie! My heart is to reach and restore women who, as I like to say, have “wounded faith.” If life’s challenges have left you questioning God’s goodness, I want to remind you — He is still a Good God.
I know what it’s like to face heartache. I’ve walked through my share of challenges, including the devastating loss of six of my nine children. Out of that pain, I’ve learned to lean on God’s comfort — and it was from this journey that my newest book was born, written to walk alongside other women navigating deep grief and hardship.
When I’m not writing, you can usually find me on the porch enjoying time with my family. I love being a mom to my grown children, and nothing makes me happier than hearing my four grandbabies call me GiGi.
